We are looking for a Female Hotel Supervisor (1post)
Females aged between 22 -28 years. fluent in English & Kiswahili.

Lead the Way at our Brand New Hotel
Our brand new hotel in Arusha, Tanzania, is seeking a passionate and experienced Female Hotel Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a leader within our operations, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, overseeing daily tasks, and motivating our team to deliver unparalleled service.

Responsibilities
• Lead and motivate a team of housekeeping, front desk, or other hotel department staff (specific area to be assigned based on experience).
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct room and public area inspections to maintain cleanliness and uphold brand presentation.
• Schedule and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring smooth workflow within your assigned department.
• Train and mentor new staff members on hotel procedures, guest service protocols, and safety regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, track inventory, and place orders as needed (if applicable to assigned department).
• Prepare and maintain departmental reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Uphold all hotel safety and security protocols.
• Represent the hotel professionally and maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.

Qualifications
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably a hotel setting.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, delegate, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Swahili is a plus.
• Experience working with hotel management software (PMS) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
