A fast growing 4 star hotel is looking for a competent reservation manager to join a team of professional front line individuals.
- Minimum Qualification: Diploma
- Experience Level: Management level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description
The incumbent must be have at least 3 years experience in similar position.
Two years as front office assistant manager/manager.
must be conversant with PMS(preferably the Hotelogix )
must be well conversant with OTAs .
duties and responsibilities:
- To ensure all allotment requirement are strictly adhered
- to check all correspondences in connection with reservations and deal with them accordingly.
- be fully aware of all types of rooms and all company facilities and be able to encourage up selling
- Ensure that restricted dates , offer rates and promotions are updated and monitored on daily basis.
- Ensure Rate PARITY is well maintained
- to ensure that group information and contracts with tour operators are kept up to date and followed up in line with the company policy
- Ensure the company credit policy is adhered to by timely invoicing as per contract terms with vendors.
- you must be able to train and develop a revenue management culture with your team at front desk.
- Any other duties that relates to your work that will be assigned to you.
