JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to lead one of our hotels in Zanzibor.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track records in hotel management, with exceptional leadership and operational skills to ensure excellence in guest services.

Requirements :
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management role within the hospitality industry.
o A leader (possibly expert) with strong financial, operational, coaching and leadership skills.

o Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).

o Degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
o Hands on, practical and supporting management style.
