Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished Hotel Director with a proven track record in luxury hospitality management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment. Proficiency in French would be a significant advantage, enhancing our ability to serve our international clientele.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all hotel departments, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality, guest relations, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and team spirit.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, brand and legal regulations.
  • Represent the hotel in the community and build strong relationships with
  • Oversee daily operations, guest relation management and complaint handling in a professional and efficient way

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Director in a 5-star hotel or similar luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in French is highly desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage and housekeeping.
  • Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and handle complex situations with grace and professionalism.
