Tulivu Hospitality is a growing lifestyle travel brand rooted in Tanzania and inspired by peace, culture, and elevated local experiences. We're building stays and stories that feel like home — and we’re looking for a creative, curious, and reliable intern to join our small-but-mighty team in Tanzania.

What You'll Do

• Assist with daily operations of our boutique stays
• Coordinate bookings, guest check-ins/outs, and communications
• Help manage partner listings across platforms like Booking.com, Airbnb, and our own website
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and digital presence
• Support social media content creation, local partnerships, and fieldwork when needed
• Maintain organized digital systems (Airtable, Notion, Google Suite, etc.)

Who You Are

• A student or recent graduate in hospitality, business, tourism, marketing, or related field
• Lives in or near Moshi (or can travel for field tasks occasionally)
• Excellent written & verbal communication in English and Swahili
• Digitally savvy — not afraid of Airtable, Canva, Google Sheets or Instagram
• Passionate about culture, travel, and making experiences feel human
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with a purpose-driven brand
