DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | Participating in the preparation of Program Plans and Budgets to ensure that the intended goals are achieved; ii. Managing the allocation of the budget for Program funds for the implementation of various activities and interventions of the Program and managing the implementation of those interventions; iii. Managing Human Resources, Vehicles and Program Equipment, in collaboration with the Program Management Team, to ensure the intended success is achieved; iv. To participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the Program in order to measure the effectiveness and progress of the implementation of various activities and interventions of the Program, to identify challenges and provide solutions so that the program continues to be implemented with the intended efficiency; v. Collaborate with the Program Management Team, to ensure that the Program is implemented in accordance with the Laws, Rules and Procedures of the Government, Institutions and Guidelines governing the implementation of the relevant Program; vi. To follow and manage the collection, processing and analysis of information on the implementation of Program activities for the month, quarter, Year and Year and submit them to the Program Management Team; vii. To strengthen communication between the Institution and various Program Stakeholders, including employees, Philanthropists and other Program Stakeholders; viii. Ensuring that the various Program information is recorded and maintained properly and accurately, including coordinating the delivery of program publications; ix. To coordinate the monitoring activities to be carried out by the Stakeholder World Bank (World Bank Mission activities), and to ensure that the agreement reached between the Government and the Stakeholder during the monitoring is carried out on time; and x. To do any other work in his field that he will be instructed and assigned by his Head. |
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE | The applicant must have a Degree in Health Services Administration from a University recognized by the Government as well as a Master's Degree in one of the fields of Health System Management or Monitoring and Evaluation in the Health Sector (Health Monitoring and Evaluation) and have at least three years of work experience. An applicant who has worked on Projects/Programs, will be an added advantage. |
