A commitment contract for a period of one (1) year as follows: -

11.0.Health Assistant - (POSITION 05)

WORK CENTER: Southern Regional Referral Hospital

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Volunteer, 1 Year Contract

QUALIFICATIONS
Employment of fourth form graduates who received one year of training in the field of Health from a College recognized by the Government.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To clean work equipment, ward cleanliness and the environment
Helping disabled and disabled people able to go to the toilet (big and small) and take a shower Helping to feed the helpless patient
Taking the patient's clothes to take them to the laundry
Doing other activities that will be planned by his work leader.

General Requirements for All Applicants
I. All applicants must be Tanzanian citizens between the ages of 18 and 45.
II. Applicants must submit an application letter and the following copies:
• Curriculum vitae (CV).
• Birth certificate.
• National Identification Card (NIDA).
• Secondary/Primary Education Certificates
• Professional Certificates in relevant fields.
• Full Registration and Valid License for the relevant cadre.

• Attach two (2) passport-size photos to the application letter
III. Certificates issued by foreign examination boards for Ordinary Level (CSE) or Advanced Level (ACSE) education must be verified by the National Examinations Council (NECTA).
