**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and assets within the facility.
• Supervise security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Monitor security cameras, alarms, and access control systems to identify and respond to any security incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
• Oversee administrative tasks such as managing visitor check-ins, record-keeping, and administrative support for various departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Handle vendor contracts and manage relationships with third-party security service providers.

•  College degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
•  Proven experience in security management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and training staff.
• Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and protocols.
•  English and Swahili speaking is mandatory.
• Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
