Madhvani Group, a leading international industrial group, professionally managed, with diverse operations seeks to recruit the following position for their operations in Kenya & Tanzania.
Job title: Head of Sales and Marketing
(Age: 40 To 45 YRS)
The Job Requirement is as follows:
• Experience in FMCG industry in the sales & marketing function
• Good understanding of commercial understands P&L Costing Budgeting, Rol etc
• Strong relationship orientation
• Exposure to African markets would be an advantage
• Strong orientation in managing teams and have managed large teams in the past.
• Good IT Skills, Microsoft Excel, PPT and any CRM and Distributor Management Systems
• Highly result oriented and passionate about the business
• Develop and implement the marketing plan for the business
• Closely work with the Advertising Agency to implement various marketing programs.
• Ability to work in diverse culture and promote inclusive behaviours.
The Person should be:
• Bachelor's in Marketing, Masters in Management preferred but not necessary
• A minimum 15 to 20 years of work experience in Sales with strong experience in Beverages, FMCG Industry
• Adequately computer literate in MS Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
