We are currently looking for a Head of Sales in Barcelona (Spain) . (B2B )

Our partner, a growing spanish start-up with 50 employees, needs to hire a Head of Sales with experience in scale ups and team coordination

The role:

  • Define and monitor commercial key performance indicators
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, methodologies, and tools, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize performance
  • Be responsible for driving revenue growth from new business and achieving our ambitious sales targets in the Spanish market.
  • Implement an effective sales forecasting and reporting system that ensures accurate and timely insights into the sales pipeline
  • Build, manage, hire and mentor a jr and hunter sales team.

 

Must have

 

  • Be an exceptional sales leader with a hands on profile. This means having achieved exceptional results in your sales career.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head of B2B Sales in a start-up - scale up company
  • You’ve already managed a team (more than 10 people) : this means performance management, hiring, firing, coaching and training
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent English and spanish, this is senior role so you’ll be interacting in English sometimes.
  • International experience is a plus

  • Strong leadership and management skills, managing the team means setting the bar high on performance whilst ensuring people stay engaged
  • Data-driven and organized, you like things to run like an engine
  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written): you are able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas
  • You’re a self-starter, autonomous & proactive: we’re looking for someone who will go and get things done, not wait for instructions
