In this strategic role, you will:

  • Provide critical commercial leadership to support our business in Tanzania - you will be part of the Leadership team including the Managing Director to drive business growth
  • At the same time you should be comfortable in a hands on role which includes generating leads & managing deals from end to end
  • Provide strategy and insights for Commercial Tenders locally
  • Provide leadership & guidance to the Sales Team to ensure success of the team members

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Good network within Tanzania & a successful track record of sales within the country
  • Proven experience in driving commercial strategies and managing a diverse team.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Commercial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies to support business growth, focusing on market development, customer retention, and revenue generation.
  • Sales Performance & KPIs: Drive sales performance across the region, ensuring the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the leadership team to align commercial objectives with overall business strategy, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners, ensuring long-term commercial success.
