Description
The Operations department carries out maintenance works on telecom towers, executes other projects for the company. The Head of Ops is in charge of the department, providing leadership and management to the technical and support teams, ensuring adequate level of accountability across all levels and adherence to Company’s Policies & SOPs while delivering on key business objectives, meeting SLA and project delivery commitments
Key Requirements
• Engineering degree –Mechanical, Electrical, Telecom or equivalent
• Master’s degree in Engineering, MBA is added advantage
• 10 years of work experience preferably in telecoms & maintenance operations
• Adequate experience in leading and managing technical and support teams
• Knowledgeable of maintenance and engineering projects management
