Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration
• Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing and sales leadership, with a track record of achieving significant business growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing, sales strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams and senior management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and team-building skills.
