Currently, our Tanzania business is in search of collections professionals to take the position of Head of Collections at Richmen Tanzania Finance Limited!

Responsibilities to cover: 

• Building a team from scratch involving international experience of the Company;
• Development of methodology, motivation system, and KPI for the Collection team;
• Creating an NPL management strategy using technical collection tools;
• Communication with the IT team and external contractors regarding the technical solutions integration;
• Being accountable for the Collection department results.

•  High motivation and desire to demonstrate the potential;
• Consistency in decision-making;
• Experience as Collection Team Lead/Collection Supervisor/Deputy Head of Collection/Head of Collection;
•  2+ years of managing experience;
• Decision making and accountability;
• Advanced Excel user;
•  Intermediate English;
