Description
The Head Chef responsibilities:
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
- Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
- Creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes to ensure variety and quality
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
- Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations, including sanitary and food safety guidelines and OSHA guidelines
- Responsible for food hygiene practices
- responsible for health and safety.

- Head Chef with more than 10 years of experience as head chef for camps and lodges.

- Ability to work unsupervised and deliver high quality work
- Enthusiastic to develop your own skills and knowledge and help teach and develop talent around you.
- Positive attitude and approachable manner
