Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and appreciated.
• Provide outstanding customer service, promptly addressing guests' needs, inquiries, and complaints.

• Act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback to personalize future visits.
• Assist with concierge services, including restaurant reservations, activity bookings, and local recommendations.

• Ensure that guests are satisfied throughout their stay and address any issues immediately.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
