About the Role

As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. You will leverage data analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation to enhance product performance and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement growth strategies focused on increasing user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Lead A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and key performance metrics to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and design teams to develop scalable product enhancements.
  • Optimize conversion funnels and customer onboarding experiences for improved engagement.
  • Define success metrics, track KPIs, and continuously refine growth initiatives.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and user research.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing, SEO, and performance-driven product strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Background in SaaS, digital platforms, or website solutions is a plus.
