Kiboberry invites new individuals to join our amazing team in the following positions;

2. Greenhouse Team Leader (Propagation) – 1 position

Job Category – Junior/ Entry Level
Reporting to – Cultivation Supervisor
Availability – Immediately

Kiboberry propagates its own production plants out of mother plants.
For this we have state of the art, cold store facilities and greenhouses.

The Greenhouse Team Leader is responsible for;
1. Preparation of planting medium,
2. Preparation of cuttings and monitoring their growth in the greenhouse,
3. Maintaining records of greenhouse activities,
4. Irrigation and fertigation,
5. Plant scouting and protection,
6. Cleanliness and fumigation.

Skills and attributes
• Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Crop Science etc.
• Passion for Farming (Green Fingers)
• Highly organized (Hygiene and tidiness)
• Experience in the Horticultural Sector
• Analytical
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills
