Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Graphic & Web Designer to join our creative team. This dual-role position requires a versatile designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and functionality—someone who can bring ideas to life across digital and print formats, and who can also design and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites. Tanzanian citizen or resident preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, social media graphics, signage, and presentations
• Develop and maintain visually appealing, responsive websites
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visual content
• Optimize graphics and websites for performance and usability

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic and web design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with web design platforms (WordPress, Wix, or Webflow)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and UI/UX best practices
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in tourism or hospitality design work is an added advantage
• Portfolio of design and web projects is required
