·      The Graphic Designer will be required to deliver the following for Plan International’s visibility:

Meet with staff/receive guidance from line manager to determine the scope of a project

·         Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs

·        Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message, Incorporate changes or review designs for errors before submission for printing

·         Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral

·         Ensure assignments are completed with high quality and on schedule

·         Establish creative direction for the organization as well as brand guidelines

·         Build capacity of the communication team on graphic designing, photo and video editing.

·         Perform quality retouching and manipulation of images

·         Produce a variety of design assets in support of desired deliverables and in-house initiatives

·         Develop online posters and visuals for events and commemorations
