JOB SUMMARYDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEREMUNERATION

  1. Conducting simple criminal trials
  2. Conducting minor appeal cases in the Supreme Court.

  1. Preparing indictments, applications and other related documents;
  2. Receiving and handling complaints against the National Prosecuting Authority;
  3. Handling witnesses before, during and after giving evidence in court;
  4. Conducting a review of files from investigative bodies;
  5. Conducting research into the conduct of criminal cases and
  6. Collect and analyze criminal case statistics and prepare reports.

Recruitment of Form IV/VI graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Law from universities recognized by the Government and those who have completed practical legal training from a School of   Practical Legal Training from a College recognized by the Government.
