Sales - Remote - Full Time
The Global Sales Manager will lead the North American and International sales teams, focusing on selling Idera's software to organizations ranging from mid-size to Fortune 100 companies.
- As Manager, you will translate the organization’s vision, mission, and values into a meaningful context that can be easily executed within each regional sales team.
- As we scale our organization to the next level to take advantage of market opportunities, this leader will utilize past experience in building and implementing large-scale and successful sales practices to work closely with our partners, demand generation and product teams to significantly grow revenues.
- The ideal candidate will have previously built out and scaled a direct sales organization.
- The candidate will also need to possess the ability to identify valuable emerging markets and form sales strategies to keep your regions competitive and innovative.
- In addition to being a strong leader, coach and mentor, s/he must be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of advancing a sales team, increasing sales and exceeding goals and objectives.

- 5+ years of proven management experience
- Proven ability to plan, forecast, manage resources and ensure consistent application of a sales model/methodology.
- Experience in both building large-scale inside sales practices at previous organizations, and scaling those organizations based on company requirements, business goals and revenue targets.
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and timelines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Sales management experience in the technology sector.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and networking skills.
- Stable and consistent work history.
