This remote, full-time position is an opportunity to work with international clients, drive business growth, and build strong, long-term relationships.

About the Role:

As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-value clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored digital solutions that drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key international clients, ensuring long-term business success.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, addressing their needs and concerns proactively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine business strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to maximize value for both the company and its clients.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance, client feedback, and market insights.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the digital/web solutions sector.
  • Strong track record in managing global clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple accounts effectively.
  • Experience in digital services, SaaS, or website solutions is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
