As a member of the Commercial Team segment, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Engage with clients across various industries, and build strong relationships by understanding their unique challenges and needs
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to deliver innovative solutions and exceed customer expectations
  • Play a key role in achieving sales targets and revenue goals, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and data analytics tools to demonstrate the value of Mintec's products and services to prospective clients

We are seeking individuals who are:

  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of success in sales or business development roles
  • Strategic thinkers, who can identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to capitalize on them
  • Have prior experience with SPIN, Strategic Selling, Challenger Sales, MEDDPICC, detailed sales processes, and forecast methodologies
  • Creative problem solvers with strong time management skills, and an ability to uncover underlying needs of customers
