Airswift has been tasked by one of our key clients to seek a General Accountant to join them in Dar es Salaam, TZ for a 12-month contract.

Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, annual closures in liaison with the Chief Accountant
• Post bank statements and prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist the Tax Advisor with tax compliance
• Prepare Debit Notes, follow-up on payments
• Prepare Shareholder’ Equity Requests in liaison with Treasurer
• Supervise proper recording of operations in particular in relation with Loans & Deposits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in accounting, Finance or Business – ACCA Level 3
• SAP
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English, spoken and written
