We’re seeking a purpose-driven and innovative Manager that will focus on leading consulting teams and advising our clients on implementing Generative AI. This role is fundamental to pushing our client's creative capabilities into a new era.

You will be part of our newly formed Generative AI function, helping our clients across identifying and prioritizing use cases for GenAI, implementing customized tooling and upskilling their organization. As a high-growth scale-up that works remotely with brands like Meta, Amazon and Salesforce, you’ll be uniquely positioned to transform the Generative AI capabilities of our customer portfolio of 450+ brands. You will introduce and manage the integration of Generative AI in their creative processes, ensuring the successful transformation of their creative functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advise our clients on the implementation of Generative AI into their workflows, including preparation of workshops, analyzing existing workflows for the impact of GenAI, prioritizing use cases and alignment with key stakeholders
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they stay on time and within budget, and leading 2-3 people-strong consulting teams
• Configuring and implementing Generative AI tools for our clients, including custom GPTs, MidJourney prompt libraries and Runway environment setup; and integrating themon into their existing systems through low-code/no-code integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make.co)
• Lead upskilling training courses and change management for the integration of Generative AI into their workforce
• Developing our customer base, including the preparation of letter of proposals and leading of exploratory calls with existing and new customers
• Collaborate with creative services teams and dedicated account teams to successfully grow and develop our customers
• Support in shaping our AI-driven creative consultancy strategies to meet our customer's needs and goals.
• Partner with our customers on an ongoing basis, building trust through AI-driven creative delivery to increase their business value
• Develop and grow yourself and your team as thought leaders in AI within the creative industry
• Actively problem-solve on your projects and accounts, contributing to making Superside even better

What You'll Need To Succeed

• BA/B.Sc. or higher in relevant fields incl. Design, Creative, Business, Technology
• 5+ years of experience in a consulting role in strategy consulting or technology consulting, with at least 2+ years in a project management/team leadership role
• A passion for generative AI and programmatic creation
• Experience in implementing and managing generative AI systems in a creative context
• Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task projects with great detail
• High level of knowledge and craft in generative AI to provide top-notch design and direction
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Bias for action, proactive, customer-centric, and execution-driven mindset
