JOB DETAILS:

Duties & Responsibilities.
• Supervise all staff who are operates in Garden.
• Attending in Morning briefing every day.
• Advise management on the costs of plants and garden necessities with detailed written quotations and reports.
• Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.

• Participate performing basic maintenance such as cutting the grass, emptying bins.
• Plant flowers and various plants.
• Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such cutting machine.
• Maintain a clean garden by clearing rubbish and litter from the garden and grounds.
• Provide guidance to management on matters related to the garden.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.

Education and Qualification.
• Must have leadership skills.
• A certification in a horticulture or landscaping would be preferred.
• Must be a worker who is able to perform routine tasks without
supervision.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Understanding of horticulture methods and materials, landscaping, and
tree and woody plant cultivation.
• Capability to conduct grounds-keeping duties.
• Fertilizer and/or pesticide application knowledge.
• Lifting and manipulating heavy objects.
