Position : Front Desk/ Human Resources HR Admin AssistantOur office is located at Kinondoni, Tanzania branch.We are looking for a Front Desk/ Hr Admin Assistant
- Carry out basic HR and administration tasks as requested by Group HR.
- Assist in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
- Compile reports and records from all branches and submit regularly as per instruction.
- Prepare and keep relevant record-keeping documents updated and verified.
- Organize, order, and maintain office supplies and assets.
- Monitor and review inventory of office supplies and purchases of all branches with attention to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with various departments and branches for relevant HR or administrative tasks.
- Regular filing, photocopying, transcribing etc.
- Update and monitor attendance system of all branches.
- Perform other Ad-Hoc duties as required.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Required profile for job ad : Front Desk/ Human Resources HR Admin Assistant
- Previous work experience in front office admin and HR department is a plus but freshers are also welcome.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft.
- Manage and handle multiple tasks with time management.
- Hands –on experience with office equipment(e;g. Printers)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English language.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Has attitude to contribute towards building and maintaining company’s business , growth and reputation.
- Is strict on maintaining and implementing office security and company guidelines
- Having sensible attention to budgetary constrain and able to identify unnecessary expenses, propose best option available and pricing negotiation.
- Co-ordination with co- workers, positive attitude with team spirit.
- Provides accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/ tools.
