Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fragrance Evaluator / Junior Perfumer located in Zanzibar City. Specifically, I am looking to engage with junior perfumers, cosmetic science students, or recent graduates who may be interested in working on a short-term fragrance formulation project. The work would be hands-on, creative, and ideal for those looking to build experience and exposure in the formulation space.

The selected individuals would:

• Assist with developing initial scent blends and formulas
• Gain practical exposure in natural or hybrid formulations
• Potentially collaborate on testing, refinement, and brand development
