B.H. Ladwa Ltd is a renowned private limited company with over 75 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in building and civil engineering. We are looking for a Foreman.
Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage a team of workers, providing direction and support.
• Coordinate daily activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
• Monitor work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.
• Create work schedules and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Serve as a point of contact between management and workers, relaying information and addressing concerns.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise on-site, whether they are technical, personnel-related, or logistical.
• Maintain records of work progress, safety incidents, and other relevant documentation for reporting to management.
• Monitor supplies and materials, ensuring that necessary resources are available for the team.

• Must have English and Swahili fluency.
• Must have 3 years minimum building construction experiance. More is preferred.
