· Take ownership of budgets, cost control, and revenue growth, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.

· Create a culture of excellence by ensuring operational standards and service consistency.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven F&B leadership experience, ideally in a resort or luxury setting.

· Africa or island experience is a big plus!

· Strong organizational and planning skills, with a knack for problem-solving.

· A natural coach who empowers and uplifts their team.

· Sound financial and operational expertise in F&B.

· Passion for innovation and delivering unforgettable moments to guests.
