Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
– 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
– Strong leadership and communication skills
– Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs
– Proficient in menu planning and development
– Knowledgeable in inventory management and ordering procedures
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
