We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to join our team as First Aid Trainers. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in equipping employees, Guides, and Porters with essential first aid skills.

Job Description:

As a First Aid Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive first aid training programs, ensuring participants are equipped to handle medical emergencies effectively. You will provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for swift and confident responses in various situations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver first aid training courses following established curriculum and guidelines.
Conduct engaging training sessions tailored to groups of diverse sizes and backgrounds, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
Instruct participants in fundamental first aid techniques, including CPR, wound care, splinting, and emergency response procedures.
Demonstrate the proper utilization of first aid equipment and supplies, fostering confidence and proficiency among participants.
Facilitate hands-on practice and simulations to reinforce learning and enhance participants’ confidence in ad­ministering first aid.
Stay abreast of current first aid protocols, guidelines, and best practices to ensure training content remains up-to-date.
Assess participants’ performance during training sessions, offering constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
Customize training programs to address specific organizational needs or requirements.
Maintain meticulous records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to continually enhance training materials and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Certified First Aid Instructor or equivalent qualification (e.g., Red Cross First Aid Instructor, Wilderness First Responder certification).
Profound knowledge of first aid principles, techniques, and protocols.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying complex information to diverse audi- audiences effectively.
Previous experience in teaching or training, preferably within a first aid or emergency response context.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles and skill levels.
CPR certification and other relevant medical certifications are preferred.
Willingness to travel to training locations as needed.
Dedication to fostering a safe and supportive learning environment.
Positive attitude and a passion for empowering others to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Working Conditions:

Work environment may vary, encompassing indoor training facilities, outdoor settings, or designated loca­tions.
Flexible hours may be necessary to accommodate training schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Physical demands may include prolonged standing, lifting and transporting equipment, and demonstrating first aid techniques.
