Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller at Buildmart Limited in Arusha. The role involves managing financial activities, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role
• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial management software
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and confidentiality
