This is a full-time, remote opportunity open to candidates across the EMEA region.
About the Role
As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial modeling skills, business acumen, and a proactive mindset to support a diverse portfolio of businesses within the holding structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance and prepare insightful reports for senior management.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and investment planning.
- Evaluate business performance across different sectors within the group.
- Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and strategic planning documents.
- Collaborate with business units to gather data and provide financial guidance.
- Support due diligence and valuation efforts for new investments or acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CFA is a plus).
- Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment, or corporate finance.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in a holding company or multi-sector business environment is an advantage.
