As a Financial Analyst at SMG, this is what you will do:

• Partner closely with Finance and Revenue Operations team to understand key drivers of the business.
• Present financial summary and business insights to management, highlighting key opportunities and areas of concern.
• Develop and distribute monthly key metrics using dashboards and business intelligence tools.
• Budget/Forecast financial statements inclusive of: Revenue, Operating Expenses, Assets and Liabilities
• Provide insights and analysis on client health and profitability.

You are a perfect match for the role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• 2+ years experience as financial and/or operations analyst
• Experience influencing business partners and supporting decision making in rapidly evolving environments
• Prior experience in SaaS business model
• NetSuite experience
• Salesforce experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
• Consistent track record of strategic business partnership
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in working in large data sets and identifying trends / anomalies against expectations
• PowerBI or Tableau Dashboarding experience preferred
