Field Retention Team leader – Fiber

Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited is part of the Wananchi Group and one of the Eastern Africa leading Internet service provider, We are looking for Field Retention Tear Leader-Fiber, Who will work independently to provide professional and focused customer service both internally and externally, He/She will be reporting to Customer Experience Manager-Fiber

KEY ROLES

Ensuring the Executives under Manager’s responsibility are present as per assigned location.
Resolve service issues & account queries on site; or escalate to relevant team for resolution within 2hrs
Submit weekly & monthly performance reports including VOC, market intelligent and initiatives for improvement, to Country Manager & CE Director

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in: Business administration, CT and Public relations
  CS certification
• Experience in retention/Churn team in Telecom/lCT Customer Life cycle management
• Effective verbal communication skills including grammar and tone
• Customer Life cycle management
