F & B Manager
Ngorongoro Safari Lodge is a high end five-star lodge in Arusha- Karatu area currently has available a position for F & B Manager. We are currently seeking an experienced, and thorough F & B Manager to join our rapidly growing firm. In this role, you will demonstrate your skills, knowledge, and experience.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
• Lead F&B team by attracting, training, and appraising talented personnel
• Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
• Establish communication medium through which customers can send in their feedback
• Set targets and implement strategies necessary in achieving set objectives
• Maintains a consistent focus on cleanliness throughout all areas
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings with supervision and staff.
• Review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction to recommend operating and marketing policies whenever a change in demand, customer dissatisfaction, or a change in competitive environment requires such changes
• Coordinates with the Exec. Chef for the preparation, presentation and service of Food and Beverage products to always ensure highest quality.
• Adhere to food, health, and safety standards
• Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers
• Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
QUALIFICATION
• Proven 5 Years food and beverage management experience
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded diploma or degree in food service management or related field
