EXPRESSION OF INTEREST TO GOODS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS

Ruvuma  Coal Limited, a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with company number 128019 (Ruvuma or the Company), is seeking expressions of interest from reputable and qualified providers for the purchase of yellow mining equipment relating to its  coal mining activities in Mbinga district, Ruvuma region.

Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their goods in line with the above-listed tender must submit via email to zabuni@ruvumacoal.co.tz, including the following documents, to the Company for verification:

1. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Registered office address
4. Up to date BRELA Search
5. Proof of local content compliance
6. Certified copy of current Business License
7. Tax Clearance Certificate
8. TIN Certificate
9. VAT Certificate
10. Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
11. Three years of audited accounts
12. 5 years of safety records
13. Registration with appropriate governing bodies
14. Detailed previous experience with references
15. And any other information/document a company may require
