Nyati Mineral Sands Limited (Nyati or the Company) is a company incorporated in the United Republic of Tanzania with incorporation number 154424962. The Company is seeking expressions of Interest from reputable and qualified providers based in Tanzania for the following list of goods and equipment that Nyati wishes to purchase for its Fungoni Heavy Minerals Sands Project (Fungoni) which is located in Kigamboni district in Dar es Salaam region.

Note: the above goods and equipment should be specific for heavy minerals sands mining project. Interested bidders should mention the tender ID as listed above and also should also include the Company name. For example: Nyati - 03 + XXXXX Company.
Interested and qualified parties wishing to provide their services in line with the above-listed request must submit the following documents to the Company for verification:
1. Certified copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Registered office address
4. Proof of local content compliance
5. Certified copy of current Business Licence
6. Certified copy of Tax Clearance Certificate
7. Certified copy of TIN Certificate
8. Certified copy of VAT Certificate
9. Certified copy of BRELA search
10. Details of Company Representative / Contact Person
11. Latest audited accounts
12. Confirmation of photos confirming the availability of the mentioned goods with written confirmation from the manufacturer of the high standard of the product.
