Expression of Interest (EOI) for the “PROVISION OF HEALTH  INSURANCE SERVICES” to AUMS Geofields (T) Limited Employees and Dependants.


AUMS Geofields (T) Limited invites reputable Tanzanian health  insurance service providers that possess the requisite expertise, experience and capacity to express their interest in the Provision of Health Insurance Services to all eligible AUMS Geofields (T) Limited employees and their dependents.

Note-This EOl is restricted to registered health insurance companies.

1. Schedule and deadline for submission
The contract is to be awarded through a competitive tender process. If your company wishes to be considered for pre-qualification please submit an EOl by email to ContractsTanzania@aumsgh.com by not later than 16:00HRS Local Time on 21/09/2024 quoting “EOl Provision of Health Insurance Services” in the subject line of your email. Email size shouldn’t exceed 20mb’s.

Please submit an EOl on your company letterhead with the following mandatory information:
• . Company Profile, directors list, number of employers with a foreign to national ratio indicated
• . Valid tax Compliance, VAT registration & TIN certificates
• . Certificate of Incorporation.
• . A minimum of five (5) years demonstrated experience in the provision of health insurance services across diverse Tanzanian geographic locations.
• . Provide examples of two current health insurance contracts within Tanzania that demonstrate the type and range of services provided, the number of employees and dependants covered in each agreement.
• . Health insurance certification permits and licenses to be compliant with all relevant Tanzanian legislation and regulatory bodies.
• . Compliant with all Tanzanian national labour laws and regulations
• . Propose details of value adding activities that would be introduced if successful.
• . Provision of financial statements for the previous two financial years
• . Compliance to Tanzania’s Mining Local Content Requirements as per the Mining Local Content Regulations 2018.

Any response received beyond 16： 00HRS Local Time on 21/09/2024 shall not be considered.

2.Assessment criteria
The mandatory information requested at paragraph 1 will be evaluated and scored to shortlist pre-qualified companies.

The pre-qualification of any company submitting an EOl shall be at the sole discretion of AUMS Geofields (T) Limited.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the companies EOI. AUMS
Geofields(T)Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any costs incurred regardless of the conduct or outcome of the bidding process
