Export Operations:
· Issuing the Sale Contracts for all the export consignments.
· Coordinating with the CHA, Surveyors, freight forwarders for smooth execution of the shipment.
· Responsible for checking and confirming checklists, and maintaining Shipping bill records.
· Responsible for preparation of Export documents.
· Arranging third party documents from the respective authorities as per contractual conditions.
· Tracking the BLs/Containers and updating the same to the management.
· Responsible for appointing surveyors and coordinating for all quality & weight survey for our shipments.
· Ensuring the documents are prepared and presented to buyer’s bank before consignment reaches destination.
· Responsible for submission of Export documents for presentation under CAD, LC conditions and all necessary follow ups till payment is received.
· Coordinating with the bank for Export bills regularization and e-BRC issuance.
· Monitoring RODTEP and drawback amounts.
· Checking and clearing bills of agents, Surveyors, freight forwarders, etc.
· Maintaining all records/Sheets related to export contracts, shipping bills, E-BRCs, RODTEP, duty drawback, bank payments, etc.

• Proven experience in export operations, preferably within the agricultural commodities sector.
• In-depth knowledge of export documentation and international trade regulations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to track and manage financial transactions and documentation with precision.
• Proficient in maintaining detailed records and using relevant software for export operations.
