Join The Mora “Member of Leading Hotels of the World”, as Executive Housekeeper and ensure the highest cleanliness and presentation standards across guest rooms, facilities, and hotel guest areas. As Executive Housekeeper you will be in charge for Housekeeping, laundry and public-area team. You will support your team to consistently deliver great guest experience, exceeding expectations and presenting the luxury hotel brand at its very best.

About The Job

  • Responsible for hotel Housekeeping team, including Public Area and Laundry
  • Preparation of room lists and staff rosters, as well and assigning ad hoc tasks.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, as well as compliance with HACCP guidelines and quality standards.
  • Daily spot checks ensuring all hotel areas are inline The Mora brand standards.
  • Deliver regular team meetings and individual trainings to ensure your team have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Control expenses and optimize resources, manage budgets effectively and minimize waste.
  • Promote sustainability and eco-friendly practices and implement initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
  • Supervise laundry and linen services, maintain the linen hotel inventory, Ensure clean and timely turnaround of guest linens.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment: Maintain adequate stock and control costs.
  • Prepare reports and analyses data, track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement pest control measures, and maintain a pest-free environment for hygiene and guest comfort.
  • Final release of guest rooms and availability to Front Office team.
  • Stays updated on booking status and occupancy forecast and initiate any necessary measures to ensure a smooth operation with highest level of guest satisfaction. Monitor the occupancy figures and adjust the duty rosters as required.
  • Fosters high energy and teamwork within the department and with other hotel department teams.
  • Participate in department manager meetings to update other department heads and Hotel General Manager.
  • Close collaboration with the front office and maintenance teams delivering an end-to-end guest service.

  • Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Previous leadership role in rooms division or housekeeping is mandatory.
  • Customer focused with an eye for detail and delivering high standards.
  • Physically resilient, eager to learn and a great team player.
  • Able to confidently lead an international hotel department.
  • Build and maintain effective communication across your department and other departments promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Languages required – Strong English required for this role. Other European languages would be advantageous.
