Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the organization, managing staff, developing partnerships, and advocating for the interests of the Tanzania fashion industry.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Management skills
• Experience in partnership development and advocacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the fashion industry and trends
• Financial management and budgeting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related field
• Experience working in a non-profit organization is a plus
