We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. The right candidate will bring creativity, leadership and consistency to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and oversee seasonal menus that balance creativity, local flavors and international standards.
    • Lead, train and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistency and excellence in every dish.
    • Ensure food presentation, taste and timing meet high quality standards.
    • Monitor food costs, portion control and stock levels to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Enforce strict hygiene, safety and food handling practices in line with health regulations.
    • Collaborate with management on special menus for events, private functions and themed functions.
    • Manage staff scheduling, performance and development for smooth daily operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume resort/hotel
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen financials, budgeting and inventory management.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards during peak service hours.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both kitchen and front-of-house team
