Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer based in Dar es-Salaam. The Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. Daily tasks include overseeing production, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the production team to optimize efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing process design and improvement
• Technical skills in engineering software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Dar es-Salaam
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in the packaging industry is a plus
