10.0 Driver Class II 1ST PLACE

10.1 APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS:
Have a pass/certificate of form four and a Class G, E or C1 licence driving vehicles that he has worked for at least one year without causing an accident, Awe has attended basic driving training (Basic Driving Course) offered by the Technical Training College (VETA) or another college recognized by the Government, Applicants with Test Certificate of technical Grade II will be approached first.

10.2 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Checking the car before and after the trip to determine the safety condition of gar.

• To send employees to different places on trips professional.
• Transporting Referral patients.
• Doing minor car repairs.
• Collecting and distributing various documents.
• Filling and keeping information of all journeys in the Journey Book.
• Cleaning the car.
• To do other work as directed by the supervisor

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
i. The applicant must be a citizen of Tanzania and at least one-year-old 18 and not exceeding 45 years.
ii. Each Applicant must attach a resume "Curriculum Vitae" with correct address, correct phone numbers, as well as two names trustees (Government employees) and their phone numbers available.

iv. Must have relevant professional certificates, Testimonial "provisional results" "statement of results", a document of the results of the fourth form They did not accept you.

1. Birth certificate.
2. Certificate of graduation from the fourth form.
3. Certificate of completion of sixth form education for graduates.
4. Professional Certificate.
5. Passport Photo 1.
6. License from relevant councils.
