• Prepare Project related drawings & shopdrawings including, but not limited to:
  • site layouts [overlap on google maps] using Project coordinates system;
  • site installation general layout and details, including coordinates identification;
  • concrete and reinforcement details for foundations, slabs and roadways,
  • traffic management drawing,
  • methods and sequence of works drawings.
• Reinforcement drawings & BBS for site installation
• Drawings log sheet
• Drawings archiving in Project’s SharePoint [aligned with and keeping log sheet always up to date]
• Preparation of Quantity take-off and Bill of Materials

Qualifications

• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Accurate and timely preparation of drawings / reports.
• Critical thinking and pro-active mindset while preparing drawings, communicating with Technical Office Engineer for items unclear or undefined, dimension checks that do not match base documents, clash identification, etc.
• You have very good experience with AutoCAD
• Experience in a BIM environment is a plus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You are fluent in English (professional efficiency).
• You are willing to work in Tanga, Tanzania.
