ii.Coordinating the logistics and schedules of various sessions and events of the Program including issues of the venue, transportation and time management, in collaboration with the Program Administrator (Program Administrator) and the Program Purchasing Officer; 

iii. Assist in strengthening communication with the Program Management team, if any

as well as listening to the daily challenges of implementing the Program and finding solutions; 

iv. Assist in collecting, processing, analyzing and maintaining data to facilitate 

the start of the implementation of the Program Monitoring and Evaluation process; 

v. To support the coordination of Human Resources, Vehicles, Equipment and other materials of the Program, 

in the implementation of various Program Activities; 

vi. Assist in gathering various information on the progress of the implementation of the Program at the Regional Secretariats, Councils and Centers providing health services, and submit them to the Program Management team, for internal and external use of the Institute; 

vii. Supervise the implementation of various program activities and interventions to ensure

are implemented with quality and standards as specified in the Program Guidelines;

viii. To raise awareness of the Program at the Community level and other beneficiaries 

Software, to be able to get feedback, comments and support in the implementation of the Software;

ix. Conducting research and collecting information related to the implementation of the priorities of 

Program, and provide publications for areas that have done well and advise the improvement of challenging areas in accordance with the Institute's publication delivery procedure; and

x. To do any other work in his field that he will be instructed and assigned by his Head.
