Job Title: Director, Salesforce Technology and Administration

Job Location: Remote

Job Timings: EST Hours

What you'll do

• Set up and lead effective governance and program management office processes to manage the solution, decision making, deliverables, stage gates, schedule and resources.
• Work with DevOps Tools, Copado, to conduct releases throughout the pipeline and assuring the integrity of metadata changes.
• Deep-dive existing and potential problem areas, develop and communicate corrective action and mitigation plans, and drive follow-through to successful resolution. Be hands-on when needed to help your team solve problems and get through crunch periods.
• Help the team connect the dots and collaborate effectively by understanding and sharing solution and delivery integration points across functional workstreams and technical disciplines.

You'll be successful if you have

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Administration with detailed working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Customer Community and Pardot.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Familiar with Salesforce Mobile Application.
• Ability to analyze and creatively solution complex business problems.
• Ability to review, create, update process documentation.
• Strong Analytics skills and experience developing custom reports and dashboards.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using data migration tools (i.e., Data Loader, CRM Fusion).
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail oriented and results driven.
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on development experience.
• Knowledge of devops processes.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
